The Social Erasmus project encourages social awareness amongst exchange students to facilitate their integration into the local community through service activities. Our mission is to provide young people with the opportunity to do more with their mobility experience, to make a difference and create a positive social change through volunteering.

Erasmus in Schools

The Social Erasmus activity that we run is Erasmus in Schools. Erasmus in Schools is a project in which international students are given the opportunity to integrate more into the local community by visiting school classes to discuss their home countries and international mobility. The project aims to familiarise young, local students with the European Union and other countries and its citizens, their languages, cultures and their traditions but also to promote certain mobility projects by the European Union and going abroad in general. We hope that the experience will challenge stereotypes of different countries as part of our commitment to promote diversity and tolerance.

Bring the World to Your Classroom!

The students will present their country of origin and their culture, and can arrange games and activities for your students, depending on their ages. It can be as formal or fun as you would like and any interactions can be tailored to your preferences.
