Want to get involved but don’t have a ton of free time? The Activity Committee is perfect for you! Help out with organising fun events or suggest your own ideas. It’s a great way to get a feel for how ESN Lund works while having a good time with others.
This is a flexible role – you can contribute a few hours a week, so it’s easy to fit around your schedule. Plus, it’s a great first step if you’re considering a bigger role in the future.
Activity Committe Member
You play a vital role in organizing a variety of events… Starting from pub crawls, trips, laser tags, escape rooms, board games, crochet nights, volleyball games, and much much more….
There is room for all types of events to be organized, so be creative and don’t hesitate to bring something you’ll enjoy to the table!
Activity Committee members work under the leadership of the Chair of Activity and there are three ambassadors (Trips, Sports, and Party) to help organize and support your goals. Together, Activity Committee members help strengthen the community in Lund by creating diverse, fun and welcoming experiences for students!
How to join as Activity Committe Member?
You can join at any time during the semester – just attend one of our Council meetings (they take place every second week and dates will be announced below once we have the schedule).

Trips Ambassador
As Trips Ambassador you will be the mastermind behind the trips of ESN Lund! Your main responsibility is to plan and organise trips for international students, from choosing the destination to creating a fun and engaging programme once you’re there. Whether it’s exploring the beautiful hiking trails of Skåne, taking a ferry to the scenic Ven island, or heading north for skiing trips in the winter, the choice is yours!
You’ll have the freedom to design unique experiences that bring students together, help them discover Sweden’s nature and culture, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
In addition, you’ll collaborate with other coordinators to keep our trips sustainable and inclusive, making sure ESN Lund continues to offer unforgettable experiences for everyone.
Sports Ambassador
- Organise sports events and competitions.
- Promote health and exercise.
Party Ambassador
- Organise parties.
- Try to implement the Responsible Party Project during events.
