- Lead our HR & Volunteer Strategy: Be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that focus on volunteer recruitment, retention, and well-being.
- Drive Training & Development: Coordinate and oversee training initiatives to equip our volunteers with the skills they need to succeed and grow within ESN Lund.
- Foster Volunteer Engagement: Work to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring our volunteers feel valued, motivated, and connected to the association.
- Manage Timetravels Partnership: You’ll be the main point of contact for Timetravels, coordinating our trips.
- Represent ESN Lund: Together with the President you’ll represent our section at national and international ESN meetings.

- Managing our Google Workspace: You’ll oversee accounts, Drive and Gmail, ensuring our team can collaborate smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing tech support: You’ll offer valuable technical advice and solutions to other members.
- Implementing new tools: When there’s a cool new digital solution that can help us, you’ll be the one to bring it to life!

Ready to be the heart of ESN Lund’s social scene? As our Chair of Activity, you’ll lead the way in creating unforgettable experiences, bringing our events to life, and making sure every international student has an amazing time!

- Lead our Activity Committee: You’ll guide and inspire a team of passionate event organisers, turning creative ideas into reality.
- Be the Event Guru: You’ll offer expert advice and support on planning and executing a wide range of exciting events, from parties to cultural outings.
- Coordinate Event Flow: You’ll manage event applications and approvals, making sure everything runs smoothly from concept to completion.
- Bridge Communications: You’ll ensure clear and effective communication between our dedicated event organizers and the ESN Lund Board.

- Lead the Communication Committee: You’ll guide and empower a creative team, turning ideas into stunning campaigns and fostering a dynamic committee spirit.
- Be the Digital Storyteller: You’ll manage our social media presence, crafting compelling content that promotes events and captures the vibrant spirit of ESN Lund.
- Bridge the Connection: You’ll engage directly with students by answering their messages, ensuring their questions are heard and they feel truly connected to our community.
- Amplify Our Reach: You’ll develop strategies to grow our audience and enhance ESN Lund’s visibility, making sure our voice is heard across Lund and beyond.
