Well-Being Coordinators
At ESN Lund, our Well-Being Coordinators are here to support your well-being and ensure that everyone feels safe and respected. Whether you’re facing a difficult situation, experiencing mental health challenges, or simply need someone to talk to, you can always reach out to us. No matter the issue, we will listen and help you find the right support. We are bound by confidentiality, and any action we take will always be based on your needs and wishes.

Support Services
Student Health Centre
The Student Health Centre provides support for issues related to stress, depression, sleep difficulties, anxiety, and mental health challenges connected to your studies. You can book an initial consultation, which will take place over the phone, and together, you will create a plan for any follow-up appointments or additional support.
The Multifaith Chaplaincy
The student chaplains offer counseling to all individuals, regardless of religion or belief. They will only discuss topics you choose and limits are set by you, they are bound by a strict duty of absolute confidentiality. Their support is often available faster, or while you’re waiting for other forms of assistance.
The Psychotherapy Clinic at Lund University
Prospective psychologists at the university offer psychotherapy at a discounted price as part of their training.
Psychiatric Emergency Clinic
In the case of acute psychiatric problems, immediate support and care are available.
Mottagning Maria
Reception Maria offers counseling and treatment for individuals under the age of 25 dealing with alcohol and drug-related issues. You can also get support if you are concerned for a friend or relative under the age of 25.
Triangeln Addiction Clinic
They specialize in providing short-term support for alcohol-related issues, particularly for those who have not previously received specialized healthcare.
UMO
UMO is available for individuals up to the age of 22. They offer support on topics related to sex and relationships, as well as anxiety management and counseling.
Keep in mind that UMO is a site in Swedish. Youmo.se offers a selection of UMO’s content about the body, sex, relationships and much more. The content is translated into Arabic, Dari, Somali, Tigrinya and English.
Duty Priest Service (Jourhavande präst)
Provides emergency counseling and crisis support for issues such as fear of death, grief, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts.
Call 112 and ask for the priest on duty (available every night from 21:00h to 06:00h). You can also reach them via chat (every evening from 20:00h to 24:00h) or through a digital letter on their website.
On-call Attendee (Jourhavande medmänniska)
Anything can be taken up here. You can be anonymous.

Young Adults Lund
Available for individuals between the ages of 16 and 29, this service offers support if you begin to feel unwell and need help or assistance.
