Event Accessibility Guide

Everyone is welcome at ESN Lund regardless of disabilities. In order to make accessibility information easily available, we’ve introduced a traffic lights system. Here’s how it works:

Noise

How loud the event is.

🟢 Calm environment and quiet conversations.

🟡 Background music and moderate conversations.

🔴 Loud music, crowd noise or shouting.

Crowds

How many people will be there, and how close together.

🟢 Open public areas and indoor spaces without crowds.

🟡 Somewhat crowded public areas, or indoor spaces with groups of people.

🔴 Crowded public areas, packed indoor spaces.

Location

How easy it is to get to and enter the venue.

🟢 Fully wheelchair accessible.

🟡 Partially accessible; may need help or alternative entrance, or some unpaved roads outdoors.

🔴 Not accessible; multiple stairs or heavy door, or natural terrain outdoors.

Terrain

How easy it is to move around once you’re there.

🟢 Indoors or on easy/flat terrain.

🟡 Medium difficulty terrain.

🔴 Steep hills, loose stones, wet sand or narrow paths.
