Are you the digital whiz ESN Lund needs? As our Digital Manager, you’ll be essential in keeping our association connected and super organised through technology. • Maintaining our website and this platform. • Managing our Google Workspace: accounts, Drive and Gmail, ensuring our team can collaborate smoothly. • Providing tech support: valuable technical advice and solutions to other members. • Implementing new tools: when there’s a cool new digital solution that can help us, you’ll be the one to bring it to life!

If you’re someone who loves bringing order to chaos and keeping things ticking, then becoming our next Secretary might be your perfect fit! • Setting up meetings: You’ll organise all our essential gatherings, from Board and Council meetings to our big elections and General Assemblies. • Mastering meeting flow: Get ready to prepare agendas and take efficient minutes during discussions. • Behind-the-scenes magic: You’ll also help organise office hours and be the go-to person for our official documents and membership system.

Auditor1 seat openCouncil

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about improving how things run? The Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring ESN Lund stays on track and continues to grow. As the Auditor, you’ll make sure the Board follows the law and adheres to the statutes. You’ll write an audit report for the General Assembly, assessing the Board’s compliance and performance. Additionally, you’ll advise the Board and other groups when needed. Term: one year.

Social Erasmus coordinator2 seats openCouncil

‘Social Erasmus’ is a europe-wide project that wants to create social awareness amongst exchange students and to facilitate their integration into the local community through volunteering. As Social Erasmus Coordinator you will be in charge of contacting local schools to invite them to host university students in the context of the Social Erasmus project, you will form the groups that will visit the schools and oversee the final presentations. (P.s. You don’t have to do it all alone, you will get help from the education officers, the president and many other motivated ESNer’s)

Are you a natural sales person? Or do you have a great passion for marketing? Then this might be the position for you! As Partnership Manager you are responsible for promoting ESN Lund to businesses and organizations in our surrounding environment, and for managing the relationships with our established partnerships. It is important to have an understanding of our own organization and know what we can offer to businesses. But it is equally important to have a good eye for finding relevant partners that fit with our values.

Education officer2 seats openCouncil

As Education Officer you will be the main expert on education matters! You will lead projects that relate to the studying aspect of university life, like organising study nights or educational workshops on interesting topics. You are also free to delve into neighbouring fields and even organise career related events. Also, you will be helping out the Social Erasmus Coordinators with the Social Erasmus project. In addition to the local events you will be organising, you will also be collaborating on the national level with the Education Officer of ESN Sweden.

Exchangeability Coordinator2 seats openCouncil

ERASMUS and international experiences should be for everyone! The ExchangeAbility project was launched by ESN International to promote students with disabilities going abroad. As an ExchangeAbility Coordinator in ESN Lund you will help make our events and community more accessible to students with disabilities. You will be encouraged to organize your own events to raise awareness about and include students from both Sweden and abroad with disabilities. We will also rely on your input in removing obstacles to participate in our other activities.

As Environmental Coordinator you will be the driving force behind sustainability in ESN Lund! You will lead projects that raise awareness about climate change and environmental issues, such as organising green events, eco-friendly workshops, or campaigns to inspire students to make more sustainable choices. You will also be helping fellow coordinators by making sure our projects and events keep a “green mindset”; whether that’s reducing waste, choosing sustainable options, or promoting responsible behaviour among our members.

As Trips Ambassador you will be the mastermind behind the trips of ESN Lund! Your main responsibility is to plan and organise trips for international students, from choosing the destination to creating a fun and engaging programme once you’re there. Whether it’s exploring the beautiful hiking trails of Skåne, taking a ferry to the scenic Ven island, or heading north for skiing trips in the winter, the choice is yours! In addition, you’ll collaborate with other coordinators to keep our trips sustainable and inclusive.

Questions about joining the team

Do I need to speak Swedish to volunteer?

No. We work in English — most of our members are international students themselves. Practising Swedish is a bonus, not a requirement.

How much time does volunteering take?

Between 2 and 8 hours a week, depending on the position. The Activity Committee is the flexible end of that range and is a good first step if you are considering a bigger role later.

Are you a member of Studentlund / AF?You need a valid Studentlund membership to join ESN Lund. If you are ineligible for Studentlund you can obtain a special membership in Akademiska Föreningen instead.
Which positions are you applying for?

One to 3, in order of preference — the first one you add is your first choice. What each position involves is described above.

Member of activity committee is greyed out above because it takes no application — come to any council meeting or general assembly, introduce yourself, and you can be elected on the spot.

Are you able to attend the election?On election day (10 September 2026) each candidate presents themselves briefly. If you are applying for a Board or Council position you must be present to be elected. If you are applying for the activity committee but cannot attend, you may be elected at any other council meeting you attend.
